Founder & Principal Consultant
Steven Lowe brings more than 17 years of hands-on commercial landscape experience to every property DPC serves. His career spans irrigation installation and repair, field operations, project management, client management and leadership — giving him a ground-level understanding of how commercial landscape programs actually work, where they succeed and where they fail.
Steven is a Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) with additional training and certification in water conservation and sustainable landscape practices. That technical foundation allows DPC to evaluate irrigation systems, identify inefficiencies and make recommendations that are grounded in real-world performance — not just theory.
After nearly two decades working within the commercial landscape industry, Steven founded DPC to serve the other side of the relationship — the owners, managers and boards who need an independent voice to help them understand their landscape programs, hold vendors accountable and make confident decisions about their properties.
