Nearly Two Decades of Commercial Landscape Experience
DPC was founded by Steven Lowe, a commercial landscape professional with more than 17 years of hands-on experience in irrigation installation, field operations, project management, client management and leadership.
Steven is a Certified Irrigation Technician with training and certification in water conservation and sustainable landscape practices. He brings that expertise directly to every property DPC serves — as an independent advisor with no contractor affiliations and no competing interests.
